Description
Manages life cycle product planning activities and high quality delivery of Prepaid Financial Services' products, enhancements, and releases to market. Defines product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities, including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected.
  • Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Prepares and presents product plans. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies and business integration needs.
  • Prepares and presents product roadmap reviews as well as providing product's general strategic direction.
  • Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Acts as product launch manager when appropriate for new products or rollouts of major releases.
  • Collaborates with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral, and as needed RFPs.
  • Manages vendor relationships key to product delivery.
  • Collaborates with vendor support managers for oversight and maintenance of all secondary and support vendor relationships.
  • Coordinates and facilitates pilot activities acting as primary contact with client, securing pilot agreement, and monitoring progress.
  • Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution (does not include standard problem escalation process).
  • Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project.
  • Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings, and internal group meetings.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Business Analyst

Business Analyst, PFS London

Leading Financial Technology Company looking for a dynamic, skilful and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our Development team. Someone who takes ownership for their work, is committed to delivering cutting edge high quality projects and who has experience working within an agile software development environment.

The ideal candidate will own and assist the business owner in driving development tasks that you and they are involved in. They will participate and support the agile development SCRUM team. The BA will be required to draft detailed requirements to enable QA to test efficiently and will work alongside a development and QA team based in Ireland, UK and Malta.

This position is based in central London.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Relevant Business Analysis experience

User Acceptance Test (UAT) Analyst

User Acceptance Test (UAT) Analyst

The UAT Analyst will report to the Lead Architect or CTO. The UAT Analyst must have the aptitude and capability to systematically test application functionality, as part of the development /test cycle, and in preparation for the go-live phase of each development. Ideally, the candidate should have prior experience of a test/development environment, or a technical support environment.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Documentation of UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts
  • Definition and preparation of Test Data
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of the system and business processes
  • Regression testing
  • Identification and analysis of software defects
  • Provide test results, metrics etc. to the Project manager and the wider project team
  • Provide training/support to the Client Services group for all applications and services developed and maintained by the Viewpoint development group
  • Update any documentation that has gone out-of-date
  • Work with clients to ensure the quality of delivered software as well as ensuring timely bug resolution
  • In parallel with testing responsibilities, the candidate will be required to assist in the delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting on the testing results

Experience:

  • Working knowledge of the full software project lifecycle
  • Working knowledge of defect lifecycle resolution processes
  • Test preparation and execution experience (preferably within business applications and processes)
  • Track record of successful project completion working in a team
  • Experience of testing iOS and Android apps
  • Substantial experience of UAT testing
  • Ability to multi-task and test different applications relating to a release
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

IT Development Manager

IT Development Manager, PFS London

An IT Development Manager is required to join a growing and award winning Fintech Company based in Central London. PFS is a rapidly expanding B2B financial services company. We provide industry leading payments solutions to global brands, bank and government bodies and have products live in 19 countries.

The ideal candidate for this position will be working in a business facing role is capable of working across multiple departments and manage stakeholders. You will have experience of managing teams within development / testing or come from a software development project management background. You will have experience of source control / change control processes and have a good level of knowledge of both the development lifecycle but also the software testing lifecycle.

As you will be managing development teams but also be in contact with other department throughout the business and some third parties your communication skills must be exemplary.

The role of IT Test & Development Manager will involve ongoing responsibility for in-house and client development.

  • Liaise with all levels of the business and business analysts to ensure clear requirements are gathered and fed quickly and effectively to the development and test team leaders for evaluation, specification, costing, scheduling and delivery.
  • Take ownership for their work, be committed to building high quality, extensible code and who has experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Own and drive development tasks that you they are involved in, participating and supporting the agile development SCRUM team.
  • Report into CTO and Operations Director
  • Liaise and feed back to Project Managers , Work stream leaders and clients on their development requests, to ensure clarity and planning assistance

Key skills / Experience required:
